Tzu-Ming Liu (¼B¤l»Ê) was born in August 31, 1977. He received the BS degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 1999. From 1999 to 2004, he joined the Ultrafast Optics Group, National Taiwan University. He received the Ph.D. degree from the Graduate Institute of Photonics and Optoelectronics, National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2004.  Afterward, he stayed at the same lab as a post-doctoral researcher from 2005 to 2009.
Since 2009, Dr. Liu was an assistant professor of Institute of Biomedical Engineering, National Taiwan University. His research interests are primarily concerned with femtosecond laser technology, nano-photonics, nonlinear optical microscopy, and pharmacokinetics of nanomedicines.
